All Orders Placed On Softree.in are Covered Under 30 Days Free Replacement Warranty by Softree Services.
Criteria that covers returns & replacement:
- Courier damage by third party courier service
- Wrong item delivered
- Wrong color delivered
- Wrong size product delivered
- Incorrect or partial order delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
- Varies from the description
- Cartridges not accepted by the printers
NOTE : In case of the product to be replaced is out of stock, we will refund your amount.

Most products at Softree.in are covered under a complimentary 1 Month free replacement or refund  Warranty policy.
What if I don’t like my ordered product? What if it doesn’t fit?
Most products at Softree.in are covered under a complimentary 1 Month free replacement or refund  Warranty policy. As long as the products are still in saleable condition and/or in original packaging, and it is within 7 days of delivery, you can return your order and get a full refund. In cases where Customer that are requested to ship the product back to Softree Services are not subject to be refunded against the freight charges. Customers may have to bare the freight cost in such instances.
Does Softree Services guarantee authenticity of its products?
We only sell 100% authentic products at Softree Services. We have our own brand ‘Softree’. Most of the products sold are under our own brand name.
